We are pleased to host Empowering Environmental Advocacy, a continuing education workshop.
The workshop will be hosted via Zoom and will count as 1.5 CE Credits for TNP students.
The workshop will focus on effective strategies for conservation advocates to influence government policy.  As environmentalists, when we see nature being destroyed, we respond with passion.  How can we use this passion to drive real change in our systems?  Using local examples, we will explore the public policy making process, with the aim of steering participants towards an empowered position in environmental advocacy at the state and local level.
